Called to get a quote about getting my couch cleaned, since my 3 dogs completely trashed it!! Since it was a holiday weekend, they weren't able to fit me in until the holiday had passed, but I was totally okay with that! Collince and his helped showed up right on time, and got straight to work. They informed me of each step they were going to take, and Collince made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. Although they weren't able to get every single stain out, they definitely tried their hardest. The couch is beige, so I knew this was more than likely to happen. Collince also told me this was a possibility when he first checked the couch, so at least I was prepared. 15 minutes later the couch was fresh and clean, and that nasty dog smell was gone! He even offered to give me a discount ,since he wasn't able to get every stain out. I will definitely be using them for our yearly carpet cleaning, and am so glad they are as good as these reviews promise. Thanks guys!! ~ Patrick N

I had water damage from last seasons rainstorms which develop into mold in my bedroom wall and ceiling. Green Carpet Services crew of 3 came in right on time at 8 AM and removed the mold and they were finished by 2 PM. We recently finished a major kitchen/dining room renovation and since we lived here during the renovation, we had dust everywhere. We have been desperately in need of a professional couch cleaning since we have a light, linen couch + 2 dogs + recent renovation. The prices were reasonable and the workers showed up exactly on time. They spent almost 2 hours on my couch! The process was honestly more involved than I thought but I don't mind because my couch LOOKS BRAND NEW. I also had them look at an upholstered headboard in my bed room that was so bad I thought we were going to need to buy a new bed. They added the headboard to their work and SAVED our bed! It honestly embarrassing how bad it was before (upholstered headboards are not your friend) and it looks absolutely amazing now.
